Home Care

Country Care strives to provide a holistic and inclusive approach in assisting you to live independently at home.  Terminology of care service provision can sometimes be confusing as Domestic Services and Attendant Care Services can sometimes be definded as "Home Care" in conversation.  Please be aware of this and if uncertain clarify meaning with whom you are speaking with. 

We at Country Care will work with you, your family, support workers and other health professionals to put in place a complete individualised service to provide you with your daily living support requirements needed for you to live as indpendently at home as possible.
