Fully Funding Options

Country Care is an approved provider of attendant care and related services and can support people who are funded through:

• Transport Accident Commission
• WorkSafe
• Department of Human Services, Disability Services –“Individual Support Packages"

Country Care may also provide services to individuals who meet the criteria of government funded programs such as:

• Linkages
• National Respite for Carers Program
• Slow to recover program

Country Care can provide you with information on each of these government-funded programs and their specific eligibility criteria.

If the person with a disability does not have funding for the provision of care, Country Care may be able to assist with funding through its current Respite Care program and/or with the preparation of applications and submissions.
